Furnished studios and one-bedroom flats, student leases: reach those arriving from abroad.

Rooms in managed shared flats, for a semester or a full year.
Short stays
The first weeks, while they search: hostels, aparthotels, temporary housing. In your request, choose “Residence”.

An e-mail address is enough.

Introduce your organisation
Name, activity, contact: we check every request before opening it.

Publish your listings
Rent, size, availability, photos: we review them, then they go live on the site and applications arrive in your space.
What you fill in
A listing fits on one page. Here is what it asks for:
- A title and a description of the place
- The type (studio, one-bedroom, room in a flatshare…), the size and the floor
- The rent, the charges and the deposit
- Furnished or not, the minimum stay and the type of lease
- The date it is available and how many units are free
- Photos

Is it really free?
Yes. Creating your space and publishing your listings costs nothing: no subscription, no commission, no commitment.
How long does approval take?
We check every account request and get back to you within 2 to 3 working days. Each listing is then reviewed before it goes online.
Do I need photos?
They are not required, but they are what students look at first, especially from abroad.
Is it exclusive?
No. You are free to list elsewhere too; simply take a listing down from your space as soon as it is rented.
How do you check providers?
A person on our team reviews every request — the organisation, its contact details, its SIRET if given — and then every listing before it goes online.
I am a private individual. Can I list?
Not for now: we publish listings from agencies, residences, professional landlords and managed flatshares. Write to us if you have a question.
