Our hike will take about 2 hours to reach the top of Mont Liausson, with a peaceful stop in the picturesque village of Liausson. From the summit, admire the stunning panorama over Lake Salagou, where we’ll enjoy lunch together before setting off for the second leg of the adventure — the spectacular Mourèze Canyon.

▸ HIKE TO MOURÈZE CANYON

After our lunch break, we’ll make our way down the mountain to discover the surreal rock labyrinth of the Mourèze Canyon — a scenery reminiscent of Planet Mars. From the park’s viewpoint, we’ll take photos and soak in the breathtaking view of the village of Mourèze nestled below.

▸ RETURN TO MONTPELLIER

If time allows, we’ll take a stroll through the beautiful village of Mourèze before heading back to Montpellier — and perhaps treat ourselves to a crêpe to wrap up the day on a delicious note.
